Our game offers a truly innovative gameplay loop centered around intelligent text-based interaction:

• The Clumsy Robot is Your Hands and Eyes: Forget simple button prompts. Your primary interaction with the patient's physical world is through our experimental, somewhat clumsy field robot. You must meticulously type precise, step-by-step commands (<bot> Lift patient's left arm, observe if they can maintain position, tell me if there's weakness.) and interpret its literal, objective responses. This isn't just diagnosis; it's about teaching an AI how to observe.
• Converse with AI-Driven Patients: Engage in dynamic, open-ended conversations with patients whose personalities and symptoms are driven by sophisticated Large Language Models (LLMs). Your questions, delivered through the robot, will guide their responses, revealing crucial subjective information.
• Decipher Comprehensive Reports: Each case begins with a detailed patient self-report and initial observations from the robot. It's up to you to piece together the puzzle.
• Submit Your Final Verdict: Once you've gathered enough information, you'll compose a text-based diagnostic report, specifying your diagnosis, the evidence supporting it, and your referral recommendation (e.g., "Refer to Emergency Department for suspected appendicitis, recommend immediate imaging.").

Every decision you make, every command you issue, will be rigorously evaluated. An advanced LLM-powered Supervisor will provide detailed, personalized feedback on each case, simulating the highly effective Feynman learning technique:
